How to apply for SFE gift year?
I’m retaking my second year due and need to apply for a gift year, however am unsure how to do this.
As I didn’t think I was going to fail, I applied for my third year SFE. Do I just change my current SFE application to second year or do I need to make a different / new application. Also I’m unclear whether the gift year covers both tuition and maintenance fees? Thanks I’m advance!

Hi there,
You're automatically entitled to the additional year, and this covers the Tuition Fee and Maintenance Loans.
To do this you just need to update your application to show that you'll be retaking 2nd Year, ad you can do this online now.
