Intimacy issues

This is quite embarrassing for me to type so please be kind. When I was in high school and college I had terrible confidence issues around women, I never had a girlfriend or anything casual. So I would watch porn to replace sex I wasn’t having. In the years since I have continued to watch porn and masturbated to it at least once a day on average. However I’ve noticed this is creating intimacy issues with my now girlfriend when we’re having sex. Whilst I can make my girlfriend climax I find it very difficult for it to happen to me during sex and many times I have to finish myself off so to speak.

Would stopping watching porn stop these issues? I am currently on day 6 of not watching any porn and I do feel myself feeling more aroused by my girlfriend.

I think you answered it yourself. Stop the meaningless, porn fantasises and be devoted to your girlfriend. By the way, not having a climax for a man or woman is perfectly normal in sex. Learn to control your libido and testosterone levels will increase, according to Dr John Gray.
