Become agoraphobic since I broke up with my bf

I’m finding it very hard to leave the house and not be constantly on my phone. I don’t have any way to cope or friends I can see and hang out with. I don’t want to go outside and see everyone with their friends or partners and I’m alone, bring outside makes me feel very lonely.

I know how you feel.

Try to take your time with things, things will get better, I promise. Do your best to expand your social circle, even if its just talking to people online. Building up confidence is important. Build up to leaving the house, start off with a walk around the neighborhood and slowly build up. Sometimes, you need to gently push yourself. That doesn't mean beat yourself down, caring for yourself and meeting your own needs is important.

These are all things I am telling myself. Slowly but surely, I'm improving, but its all a journey, and it all takes time. I wish you the best of luck with things, I hope you start to feel better soon
