There is this girl

I used to see this girl at Pilates, she used to say hi nick you ok? When she saw me! And basically really nice. She used to smile but then she only said but sometimes and others not. Her bf started picking her up from there after on accessions when I was there. She used to compliment my hair and guitar playing. But I’m not sure if she likes and I don’t want to approach her in case I come across as creepy! What do I do?

Approach her in what sense? If you want to be friends, you can just talk to her normally. There's no 'formula' to it. Just be yourself and match her energy. If she's accepting of your presence, be accepting of hers. If she seems to withdraw, withdraw as well. Just make it clear that you're only seeking friendship.

However, if you mean 'more than friends', I'm confused because you stated that she has a bf.
