The words "girls" and "boys" are both plurals, so we need to establish whether we're talking all boys/girls or some boys/girls. Also, I assume we're talking physical strength not mental / psychological strength? And I assume we're talking girls/boys at birth (to avoid getting embroiled in an trans debate)?

Let's try adding the "all" / "some" words which you've omitted.
1. Are all girls stronger than all boys? No.
2. Are all girls stronger than some boys? No.
3. Are some girls stronger than all boys? No. (It's possible they there might be some measure of strength for which the best in the world is a woman, but I'm not aware of it.)
4. Are some girls stronger than some boys? Yes!

2. Do all girls and some boys have the same amount of strength?. No.
3. Do some girls and all boys have the same amount of strength? No.

This isn't a debate. It's a physical and biological reality that men are, statistically, stronger and faster than women. That's why we separate sports by sex.
