Free Room in 9 Bed Student House 10 Minute Walk from UoL Campus.

Still looking for 1 more tenant to fill our 8 bed house for next year!! (23/24 academic year)
It is located on West Parade, a 10 minute walk from UoL campus.
It is currently me and my lovely flatmates, 3 girls and 4 boys, the room available is number 9.
This accomodation is marketed by Cloud Lettings, registered with the Lincoln SU accomodation services accreditation scheme. It comes fully furnished with 3 bathrooms, TV’s in kitchen and lounge, washing machine, 3 fridge freezers, 2 sinks and 2 ovens, 2 hobs and a large garden at the back of property.
£200 deposit, £100 a week all bills included - gas, electricity, water, TV license and broadband. The contract length is 50 weeks and the keys can be collected from 1st August 2023.
