Am I obligated to disclose my STEP 2 score to Universities?

I wrote STEP 2, the math exam, and I got a really poor scores. Am I obligated to disclose that score or the fact that I've written the exam to universities?

You must list all exam results and qualifications on your ucas application

Ohh ok. If the university didn't require for me to write STEP but they see that I've written it and gotten a poor score do you think they'd find that an issue?
