Girl said this, what does it mean?

She said she can't think straight when we're around each other/talk to each other and she feels like she has air in her head.

It's only when we are away from each other then she can think straight.

I don't get what this means, any ideas?

either she is into you or you **** her off lol i think you need to consider the context of ur relationship with her as a whole rather than picking at one statement shes made
