Do GCSE's matter?
I want to apply to Uni of Exeter to study Business Economics, they don't have any specific A Level subject requirements but you have to get A*AA or AAA but their GCSE requirements are: Math 7 and English Language 5.
If I pass the A Level requirements will they only look at my Math and English Language or all my GCSE results?

They do consider applicants based on their whole academic background, but I highly doubt it would be a deal breaker if your GCSEs are not all 7s and above. As long as you have the 7 and 5 and have passed all your GCSEs you should be fine.
