I'm very stuck with my results. HELP?

I sat 3 nat 5's this year (I'm in s6 now).
I got 2 D's and a B.
There B is in ICT.
The two D's is in English and AOMS. (Maths)

My school won't allow me to progress to higher. I'm really upset about this. I haven't told the school that I'm losing motivation in maths and English. I can't be bothered to do the work load. I've sat in a placement higher English class and it was far better and more interesting.
The SQA says a D is a "pass" awhile my school calls it a "fail".
I'm really stuck. What's the point of a D grade anyway.

I'm scared that'll lose the D and end up with a N/A.
Then'll really have to resit it. I have asked the school nicely, but of course, I'm not on good terms with the sad..........
I don't know how I will progress beyond this. The only way I corp with this is to pretend it didn't happen.

I did not sit exams in s4.
