Bristol uni accommodation portal not working??

Hi guys! so i've got my accom offer from bristol (university hall) and i saw on the website you could book your move in date from the 21st of august. so i went to do it today and for some reason it automatically puts me on the move in dates for 2022. i moved it to 2023 and doesn't show any slots whatsoever to choose from for either year (it says blue are available and grey are taken, but mine are just white with nothing to select at all) is anyone else having this issue? if it doesn't solve itself in a day or so, should i contact the accommodation office? tysm!
