Hi so I’ve been able to access my Activebooks completely fine until now. When I go to open my e textbook it just shows a blank white screen. I’ve updated my chrome settings and pop ups are allowed. I’ve had no issues before but all of a sudden I cannot access them. Has anyone had this issue before or know how to fix it? Thanks :smile:

Have you tried doing it on a different device? Otherwise, presuming it is a school account you could talk to your teachers and see if others have had a similar issue and if they have a solution.

I’ve just tried it on my old laptop and it opened thank you 🙏🏼 I’ll just have to save my note taking for at home only haha, but I’ll still try and speak to my college’s IT department when I go back and see if they fix it. Thanks again
