Cambridge IGCSE biology where are the other 40 points

I'm taking Cambridge IGCSE biology and in the syllabus, it says that students taking the extended syllabus need to take papers 2, 4 and 6 which all the points add up to 160 but when you look at the grade boundaries it says the maximum points are 200. Can anyone tell me what's going on and where have the other 40 points gone?

Here's a link the the syllabus and the grade boundaries.
