I got an offer from Royal Holloway and I'm trying to enrol on their portal. When I'm trying to complete the identity check, there's no place to put it. On the visa and passport section - it says this channel is currently not relevant to your course. But I'm not able to complete the enrolment without completing this section, the links in the email are also just taking me back to the royal Holloway website. What do I do? Are there any other potential places that I have to upload my identity check details?
