Do you mean how to get better at it? or how to get into programming?
In that case I would suggest start with website learning. For example for python I would suggest https://www.learnpython.org/
This is where I coded along with the tutorials and started getting a hang of it.
I would also suggest courses on edEx or Coursera IF you have the Drive to finish them. Otherwise you can watch a quick crash course video on youtube for that language (after leaning it a bit yourself ofcourse)

Once you feel a little confident with it yourself try some beginner projects like small games or daily use apps.
If you are ever stuck on anything you can always go to stack overflow for clarifications.
