Hi there! I'm a third year student at York St John. When there were strikes last year, our lecturers made it clear that not everyone would be striking, but they could not disclose who would be striking. They told us to attend our classes as normal unless emailed anything different. Some would email on the morning before the class to say they would be striking, in which case we did not have to attend class. Most of my lecturers did not strike though so it did not affect me.
