Been suspended from University

Passed all my modules in second year apart from one non compulsory module. I passed all parts of the module apart from the coursework and then failed again in the resit as my mental health adversely affected me.

I contacted the programme administrators and told them this but they said I could not take that module into the 3rd year and take that along my 3rd year modules.

Am I screwed with university, as I cannot be bothered to re-do that coursework next year (they want me to submit an exceptional circumstance request and take a year out of studying to re do that coursework in the summer of next year)

Well, if you don't take the year and re-do the assessment, then yes, you rather are.

It seems like a sensible course of action to me and it shows that they are willing to work with you on it.
