How easy is it to make friends as a postgraduate?
Somehow I've come away from school and undergraduate study without making any lasting friendships. At undergraduate level it already seemed difficult to make friends (I don't find it easy in general), but I'm worried that, as a postgraduate, there will be fewer people with more disparate interests and living further apart; and since I'm 26 now, undergraduates might seem a bit too young to get along with... Does anyone have experience of what it's like, or have any suggestions for making it easier?
