Hi,

I am really depressed and panic now, hope someone can kindly give me some advice or I think I have to go for therapy.
Long story short, I upload the wrong file for my final exam essay, I can prove I finished the essay in timeframe, but my school still think that is student’s responsibility to upload the right file within the right time, therefore reject my request for re-upload or resit, that will drag my grades from 2:1 to 2:2.
I am so helpless and angry, after the whole year hard working, don‘t even mention the distraction of endless strikes, I don’t understand how people did not work as hard as I do can have the chance to resit the exam but not hard working student as I?!
I really need someone’s help!!!
