How do I put my studio up for tenancy transfer

I have decided not to go to university and have taken a 50 week tenancy in a private student accommodation in wembley how do I get someone to take over my tenancy

Hey there @Crugzee !

You usually have to post the listing out yourself. Join some student groups in that area on Facebook and post about your listing. Make sure to include photos and the tenancy dates. You could also ask your landlord about the best places to advertise because they might know some student websites. It's also important to get their permission because there's no point going through the whole process if you can't get out of the tenancy in the first place. You may have to keep paying the rent until you find someone but just keep consistently posting.
