Hi, I'm leaving university and am currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy as soon as possible.
The room available is in a 5 bed house on Portland Street, it is shared with 3 boys and 1 girl, all second year students doing various degrees. The property is a 5 minute walk from St Luke's campus and a 25 minute walk from Streatham campus.
Rent is £160 per week and bills are roughly £20 per week, there is also a security deposit of £800 required.
