Changing engineering courses

Hi all,

My predicted grades are AAB in Physics, Economics and Maths in that order. Originally, I wanted to study aerospace engineering but of course my grades are not high enough for that. Could anyone suggest any similar courses which are engineering / physics related in which I could have a higher chance of getting into? Any help is appreciated, thank you all.

All these seem to accept AAB ..

You could look at Mech Eng - remember RG is irrelevant for Engineering - you should look at a degree with a year in industry
Hi there,

There are lots of different engineering courses you could pursue with these grades. It also depends on the university you choose so another way of looking into it is to look at some universities you might be interested in and compare what their grade boundaries are to see what might fit.

There are also some places that will take you on with these grades for aerospace or aeronautical engineering. Otherwise some good courses to look into might be mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, robotics, electronics, and much more. Have a look on this website: https://digital.ucas.com/search

You can input some requirements and compare courses at different universities to see what you would like.

Hope this helped,
- Sophie (uni of Bath)
