Indefinite Leave to Remain after 15 October Deadline

Good morning guys

BACKGROUND:
I would like to ask as I am in a tricky situation. I am going to apply for medicine before 16 October 2023. I came to UK from Pakistan 5 years ago, and am due for ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) from last 2 weeks.. My father who is a specialty doctor in NHS got his ILR 2 weeks ago. I will be applying for my ILR for max 5 day decision in coming 2 weeks, but my UCAS application asks me if I have ILR or not?

PROBLEM:
I will have ILR in next 4 weeks guaranteed, while medical school first day will be in 2024. So what should I do, does saying no ILR for now on UCAS application means International Fee? Or should I say I have ILR and assume they would not enquire and something will work out? Is there another option, what should I do.

By the way my dependant visa is valid until May 2024.

if you are 100% confident that you'll have your ILR within 4 weeks then put that you have ILR on your application - it'll save a lot of work and effort from universities and for you
