Checking details student finance

Hi, applied for student finance. Everything has gone through, approved for more than a week now. Says payment due on 2nd of October. Didn’t receive it. Now it shows checking details- NI. How long would that take as it’s been week now.

Hi there, We send National Insurance Numbers to be verified by the Department of Work and Pensions the first available Wednesday after application has been Approved. It would be likely yours is expected to be returned this Wednesday the 11th of October. Thanks, Angela
