Can I have some help with this question?

AB is the diameter of a circle where A is (1,4), and B is (7,-2) show that the equation of the circle may be written as + −8X −2Y =1.

A sketch usually helps, but use the two points to get the centre and radius of the circle then expand the usual equation.
