I don't know it varies from person to person. I would reckon at this stage 1 or 2 hours would suffice although you may want to up it later on.

It depends on how you find it in terms of lessons and the subject. However, if you're looking to improve start off with one hour a week and increase or decrease it depending on how much better you're finding the subject and when you have any exams for it
