What does "undergraduate degree" mean?

I am not british nor a native English speaker
I was doing some researches for a novel
And saw the word "undergraduate degree"
I am confused if it means a degree you get after studying 3 years in university or it is the degree you get after finishing the sixth form.
Also what is "2.1 degree at Undergraduate Level."

It's the degree you get after completing a course at university. In the UK we don't get a degree after finishing sixth form nor do we use terms like ''graduating high school'' which they say in the USA. In the UK, when you complete an undergraduate degree you can get five different results:

1) A first (1st), which is the best grade and the overall mark required to achieve this is generally 70% and above.
2) The next best grade is a 2:1, which is 60-69%.
3) The next best grade is a 2:2, which is 50-59%
4) The next best grade is a third (3rd), which is 40-49%
5) Generally anything under 40% overall is considered a fail, where you haven't achieved the required grade to be awarded a degree.
