Struggling to choose York, Bristol or Birmingham

I am very struggling to choose York, Bristol or Birmingham to study the course of health economics. I searched on the varies websites that the information are not helpful. Anyone please tell me which uni i mentioned about is good for doing health economics in term of graduate prospects, university reputable. etc.. Thanks

Hi, I get York offer but Bristol and Birmingham.
To continue study like Phd
