Can I show my hyperpigmentation&acne scars and still look neat and presentable
I'm 18, I go to university, I think it's important to look presentable when I go out. I'd do the basic stuff like moisturise; use SPF; drink water; even just filling in my eyebrows and using mascara and bright eyeshadow in the corner of my eyes to brighten them. Can I still look neat and presentable with the hyper pigmentation showing?
