Aeropace engineering EPQ help

Hi,

I’m currently doing an EPQ and my main reason for doing so was to relate it to my chosen course of study at university (aerospace engineering) and so that it will give me more to talk about in my personal statement and university interviews.

I have been quite interested in developing my essay around nuclear weaponry and AI. Currently my research is pushing me in the direction of The Intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Nuclear Weaponry (Things like AI nuclear arms and the implications, risks and ethical considerations).

However, I feel as if I would like to relate it more directly to aerospace engineering but I am unsure how to do this. I originally thought that I could discuss the comparison between the arms race, the space race and the AI race but it seemed too broad a topic for me to write about.

I would really appreciate if anyone could give me any suggestions on how ro incorporate this and perhaps give me a suggestion on what the working title should be.

Any articles or any other media found would also be much appreciated.
