OU Academic Reference System Help

Has anyone experienced the OU reference request system being incompatible with their postgraduate university’s reference system?
My postgrad uni will send a form for the OU to complete but the OU require an email to send the reference to. This is an issue because my postgrad uni uses a portal system rather than an email and requests that I enter my referee’s details which I cannot do for a generic OU reference.
I’m stuck in a loop and neither uni can provide an answer. Any advice? I don’t want to not get into uni because the reference system is incompatible!

Hey did you ever resolve this? Having the same issue and really getting frustrated as still awaiting to hear back from them if their is a way to do it. Seems a bit ridiculous as all reference requests ask for contact details for that reference, rare they would want you to send it straight over.
