advice on japanese B EE?

i'm looking to start ib next year and currently take japanese at gcse level
i'm currently around n4 level looking to keep improving since i'm very passionate about the language and looking to take japanese B HL and maybe japanese B EE but i'm not sure where to go with it really since so barely anyone's done it

You don't need to decide what to do your EE on yet so I would say wait until the course starts. I also don't know who I could ask on this so am speaking from my own IB experience.

Im currently taking Japanese A HL and I did my EE on Japanese A. Im not sure about Japanese B but my ee had to be 8000 words, which was a lot. I compared 2 books but I dont think its too complex for Japanese B than Japanese A. But I would suggest actually taking the course first and decide since you can find other interests in other subjects as well!
Also in IB you can take 2 languages too.
