Computer science at Portsmouth

Chose Portsmouth as safety as they have lower entry requirements (and I live there so no accommodation costs) They are only one to come back with offer so far. Went to open day today and looked fine to me. They are not ranked highly. Are they that bad? Southampton is my first choice but is it worth all the extra money?

Does either course offer a placement year? They add a lot to your graduate CV.

Hi. They both do. Only 30% do it at Portsmouth - they SAID it was a mix of people just wanting to get their degree done and others giving up after a couple of rejections. Southampton didn't specify what the uptake was there.
