Cancelling SFE

Hello, I dropped out of uni and called SFE a few weeks ago. They said I had to wait at least 11 working days to process it. However I received an email stating my next loan payment will be paid to me in January, how can I stop this, and why is it so difficult to tell SFE I have dropped out.

I would advise you contact us so we can send a referral to have your payments blocked. To access our live chat service select undergraduate and then ‘contact us’. From here you will be able to use our live chat service when it is available. Alternatively, you can contact us on 0300 100 0607 for further assistance.
