Online lectures for Medicine / Dentistry degrees - do you have them?

Does anyone have any tips for learning from online lectures? At my university the majority of lecture based teaching is online, recorded PowerPoint presentations, with the lecturer narrating over the top. Labs and occasional seminars give in person experience. (It's a clinical course).

Has anyone got tips on how to maximise enjoyment and efficiency from these types of lectures?

So far suggestions include:
- watch at 2x speed
- watch in a group
- ask AI to test you
