Why is it so common for non-Whites to be treated as foreigners in the country?

Why is it so common for non-Whites to be assumed as foreigners in the country? Is it because non-Whites take up a smaller proportion of the population here than in the US and Canada?

It sometimes causes a lot of discomfort to be treated as a foreigner no matter how many years you have resided in the country.

Apparently the UK is one of the least racist and most tolerant countries in the world, highly multi racial and diverse.

Try going to more mono cultural countries like Japan or Hungary and then let us know how you get on.

Yes, you are right, but I guess it is not wrong to bring up problems.
