observing experience on personal statement..?
If I say I 'observed' professionals in their workplace.. would it be not enough for personal statement? I know this sounds weird but in my country there is no shadowing stuff..

What did you observe? Try and pick out something that you saw and what it made you realise or what you learnt from it.
