for psychology... anyone got some pros and cons?
Hey 👋
Great to hear you're interested in studying at NTU!
Our Psychology courses are accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS), allowing you to be eligible to receive the Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership of the BPS. Each of our courses also feature work-like experience and work placement opportunities included within them to help you develop your industry skills. You'll be taught by our team of over 150 expert psychologists in one of the largest Psychology departments in the UK in our specialist research laboratories. The course has excellent industry links and employability support to help you develop transferable skills in communication, critical evaluation, and data handling.
You'll also be studying at an award-winning university. We've won UK University of the Year title five times in the last six years, most recently by the 2023 Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide as Modern University of the Year.
If you haven't already, it's definitely worth attending an NTU open day. Our next ones are on Saturday 23 March and Saturday 27 April. You'll have a chance to get a real taste of what it's like to study Psychology at NTU and chat to our staff and current students to answer any questions you might have.
