Currently in year 12. Is maths, FM and economics good enough if I want to study economics or actuarial science in top universities (LSE, Warwick, etc.)

Yes, the subject combination alone shouldn't be an issue. Some state they want the maths with an essay subject, but I'm pretty sure they include economics a-level as an essay subject in that list so you should be fine.
