Help with sweating everytime i sit in class

Ive always had this problem where i tend to oversweat, i think its due to my anxiety but i dont know what to do
Ive genuinely not gone to a single lecture this year in uni because whenever i sit down in class i just start sweating and i feel so awkard, i dont know what to do
