how bad is the accomodation at uom?
i was so happy to receive my offer from uom, until i researched the accommodations. students going on rent strike because of unholy amounts of rats and mold is absolutely insane.
i'm not picky by all means, i'll live in a box and share a bathroom with 10 people. it's all good. but basic health and safety requirements not being met is crazy to me. and it's really sad that the most social campus (fallowfield) seems to have the most unfortunate living situation.
is everything i'm reading and seeing online being exaggerated or is the living situation really THAT bad?
