I am considering studying architecture at uni but everything I see on social media is negative about studying architecture like it’s too time consuming. Are the rumours true

yeah it's a time consuming course, you won't spend a lot of time in lectures but there's a high workload and you have to manage it on your own; in my experience doing allnighters was commonplace especially during first year, so many people staying overnight in studio near deadlines, but that was also because it was easy to get lazy until right before we had to submit lol. personally as i got better at planning out my time and workload the need for working really long hours decreased
