Should I submit an unfinished CS A level NEA or not?

So, I take Computer Science for A level in which there is the NEA.

I had a deadline of Friday to submit, however, I had asked for an extension to Monday at 9 am which is when my teachers would start marking the NEAs of everyone in my class.

However, now I still had not finished the NEA in which a lot of the objectives, implementation had not been completed as well as some of the testing and evaluation.

Now, it's been nearly been an hour since I was meant to submit it in which I am panicking on whether I should submit it anyways and get a bad grade on it or not.

Any advice?
