Computer Science NEA AQA Did I mess up?

I Submitted my CS NEA, but on the declaration form I wrote under the box to write whether I have used any packages without acknowledgment I said that I have and listed the one. But upon writing this, I thought it might have been a good idea to add the acknowledgement in my coursework as it should be in there but I completely forgot. So I added it and reprinted that page on the coursework. However what I forgot to do was cross out what I wrote in the box as I have now acknowledged it properly and now I’m afraid that I’m gonna get done for not acknowledging a software package used, even though that I have.
