Do you guys think assignments are difficult to submit? And what to do if a student fails in submission?

The submission itself should not be difficult, as most universities provide clear instructions on how to do it. It should be provided within Module Handbook, try looking at Canvas or student portal your uni uses. If you're still not sure, ask the module leader, I'm sure they will be happy to help.
About failed submission, the procedure should also be disclosed in the handbook or explained by lecturers. I believe it typically means you will need to do a supplementary assessment that will be due later in the new semester or summer, and will only count as a passing grade.
If you are not sure whether you will be able to submit on time, try looking at university's extenuating circumstances policy to try extending the deadline.

Kinda sounds like famous last words.

The actual submission process is painless - usually a document upload to the university’s platform, or physical hand in & punch.

Being organised and planning an assignment early often helps smooth out the writing process.
