Combining A level tariff points and Access course

Hello, everybody.
I am doing an Access to HE diploma (maths, Physics, Chemistry) and I am worried to don't achieve the tariff points I need to get on The University. I am planning to take an A level Maths exam just to get the extra points that i will need o get to uni but i ma not sure if i could cumulate the Access maths points with the A level maths points.
I hope someone could help me.

You should be able to, but it would depend on the uni and the course. Some will say something like "UCAS points: 96 from up to 3 A levels (or equivalent)", so you can't just keep adding qualifications to hit the points target.
