Birmingham Dental School accommodation??

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for accommodation close to Birmingham Dental School?
I'm 24 and not wanting to party hard every night so ideally somewhere more chilled/laid back. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Probably halls but open to either, I don't mind a noise and partying (I'm realistic lol I know its uni) I'd just rather avoid somewhere that's renowned for this.
