Once a child is 16 or older, in most cases they are considered an adult with respect to flying arrangements, this might vary with airlines so this isn't 100%.

Do you have friends or relatives there? Cause you will need a place to stay.

Can you? Yes.

Should you? Depends.
Yes however hotels are often for over 18 only in a lot of countries, and flying under 18 requires special arrangements with the airline a lot of the time. I’d say wait until you’re 18 and see if you still want to do this, as then you’re a legal adult too.
This reminds me of the time I at 13 and my 9 year old brother went to Paris by ourselves. Really no BS. Train from Victoria. Ferry to Bolougne and Train to Paris. We stayed 1 night and came back next day.Mind you someone on steps of Gard De Nord station did say something......."Maison...." so we made a quick exit from there.

Long as you have parents permission should be fine, just to be safe.
