Grade mitigation?

Just wondering if Oxford Brookes would be willing to mitiage a grade or so? I have a couple of A-Levels at grade B and have to been asked to get another a-level a grade B and grade C for law and publishing media respectively.

Problem is that there is a good chance of me not getting the grades. I started university this year elsewhere, but due to my parents financial situation I was compelled to get work. I cant go back to my current university and to be honest am counting on Oxford Brookes as my other offers were insanely high.

The plan was to do Religious Studies at A-Level whilst working. This has been a bit of a struggle as ive been working quite hard.

So the question after all the above drabble is: Would Oxford Brookes be willing to "overlook" the required grade or even give me a better offer?
