Play.com order status help

Hi. I was wondering if any of you lot had experiences with play.com?

Basically I ordered yesterday and today found out that my card got declined. "Your account is declined. Check details" appeared when signing in, so I checked email and it said to ring them to verify address.

So I rang them up they said to make sure that name and address is exact same as it is registered to the card, so I done that and saved it.
So how do I know if they are doing anything? The text is gonebut the status is the same?

I ordered two things
DVD - £3.99 "Order Placed"
Mouse - £49.99 "Order Taken"

Not sure what Order Placed/Taken is relating to?
Anyone else had this? THanks.
You'd be best to phone them again. I phoned once and got a run around, with no solution. Phoned again and got it completely sorted. My problem was the delivery address was different to card address, perhaps yours is the same.
